How to make vehicles in LEGO Fortnite

You can build almost anything you can dream of with LEGO Fortnite, including vehicles. There is no dedicated feature for making a vehicle, but I have figured out a smart way to craft a car in LEGO that can also soar in the sky.

How to build a vehicle in LEGO Fortnite

To make a vehicle in LEGO Fortnite, you'll need a bunch of materials. To start off, farm Flexwood by heading to the Desert biome, which eventually unlocks the Dynamic Foundation and Wheels schematics - the essential components to build a vehicle.

Apart from this, you'll need Blast Powder to power up your thrusters. The best way to get Blast Powder in LEGO Fortnite is by taking out Pirate Skeletons in the beach biome. Once you have these ingredients, follow these steps to craft a car:

1. Place the Dynamic Foundation on the ground to use it as a base.
2. Attach 4 wheels to all the corners just like a car.
3. Install the thrusters in which direction you want your vehicle to move.
4. Finally, place an Activation Switch to activate the thrusters.

In LEGO Fortnite, steering your vehicle is a bit tricky because there's no steering wheel. Essentially, it operates as a one-way travel system. Additionally, there are no accelerator and brake paddles. To control your speed, you'll have to toggle the activation switch on and off based on the situation.

How to make a flying car in LEGO Fortnite

Creating a flying car is quite a challenge, as it requires a good amount of LEGO Fortnite resources. To make your vehicle take flight, all you have to do is attach balloons to each corner of the Dynamic Foundation. Once you're airborne, just activate the thrusters to move forward through the sky. When you're ready to land, gently destroy the balloons one at a time and enjoy the ride

Balloons can crafted using the following ingredients inside the Toys crafting menu in LEGO Fortnite:

• Small balloon:
  • 1x Silk Fabric
  • 1x Torch
  • 1x Cord
• Large balloon:
  • 2x Silk Fabric
  • 1x Torch
  • 1x Cord
