Is Obi-Wan Kenobi coming to Fortnite?

The relationship between Fortnite and Star Wars isn't new. Over the years, Epic Games has made it a point to celebrate Star Wars day by adding Star Wars related cosmetics in Fortnite, with 2021 being the only exception. That said, since Epic Games added Obi-Wan Kenobi's lightsaber to the game, fans have been speculating about the arrival of the Jedi Master in Fortnite, too.

Will Obi-Wan Kenobi come to Fortnite?

Well-known leaker ShiinaBR has tweeted out the Obi-Wan Kenobi Fortnite skin in all of its glory. We can take this as confirmation that Obi-Wan Kenobi is officially making its way to the Fortnite Battle Royale. on May 26.

From all the information that we've seen so far, an Obi-Wan Kenobi Fortnite skin is coming to the game some time soon. The recent Epic Games blog post mentioned that the Stormtroopers on the island were looking for Obi-Wan Kenobi. Secondly, in the recent Star Wars celebrations trailer, viewers can see a shot of an arm holding Obi-Wan Kenobi's lightsaber. These two hints are enough to point toward an upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi Fortnite skin. However, there isn't any firm date for this skin as of yet.

Moreover, there's an upcoming Disney+ series on Obi-Wan Kenobi himself set to release on May 27, so there's a high chance that Epic Games will capitalize on this and add the skin to Fortnite at that time. Boba Fett received a similar treatment in Fortnite right before the series went live on Disney+, so there is a precedent
