The much-awaited Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 update has officially arrived, boasting a whole new island with plenty of new POIs. With that said, I will walk you through every new POI location to help you navigate easily in the new Fortnite season.

All new POIs in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2

According to the official patch notes, Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 has brought four new POIs and two biomes. Here's a detailed rundown of the same:

Mount Olympus

Mount Olympus is the heart of Olympus, the realm of Zeus. As you gaze at the majestic peak that towers over the land, you can sense the presence of the king of the gods.

Grim Gate

The Underworld awaits those who dare to cross the river at Grim Gate, where the fearsome Cerberus guards the entrance with his three heads. To face this challenge, you must travel to the western side of the Island, where the hellhounds lurk.

The Underworld

Beyond the hounds lies the Underworld, the domain of Hades. The city in this realm is barren and parched, even though streams of water flow through it.

Brawler's Battleground

Ares, the god of war, loves a good fight. He invites you to test your skills in the Brawler’s Battleground, a fierce arena below Mount Olympus. (By the way, you can get Ares as the Outfit for the April 2024 Crew Pack!) These are some of the places that the gods have created on the Island. But beware of what else they have in store for you.

Returning POIs in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2

Here's a list of all the locations that are carried forward to the new season:

  • Rebel's Roost
  • Lavish Lair
  • Classy Courts
  • Reckless Railways
  • Grand Glacier
  • Fencing Fields
  • Snooty Steppes
  • Pleasant Plazza
  • Restored Reels (formerly Ruined Reels)

Apart from these four new POIs, Epic has introduced two new biomes in the Chapter 5 Season 2 map. Located southeast of the map, the new island boasts a desert biome with a tiny river flowing around the main location. Finally, you'll notice a new variant of the forest biome at Grime Gate POI, right next to the Ruined Reels location.
