What is Fortnite No Build Mode?

Epic Games recently released the patch update for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, and it brought several new elements to the game. Popular community expert ShiinaBR reported that the game will feature a new set of Quests titled No Build which will be activated right after downtime ends. 

Players can expect that the No Build Quests will revolve around a match format without the ability to build. While building is the foundation of Fortnite's core mechanics, the No Build mode will feature a classic battle royale environment for players. Ideally, you will have to calculate every move without having the agency to build up for height advantage instantly.

Fans are excited about the No Build mode for several reasons. Not only will this take Fortnite back to its early days, but also allow new players to learn the basic survival skills in a battle royale. Players are also expecting that they won’t have to face highly-skillful builders and exceptional box-fighters in No Build mode. The data miner also mentioned that the No Build Limited Time Mode is most likely to be activated once downtime ends, and will remain in-game until March 29, 2022.
