What is the goal of LEGO Fortnite? Explained

LEGO bricks are the primary tool for my imagination, while in Fortnite, I mainly try to defeat everybody. So, what is the goal of LEGO Fortnite?

What is the goal of LEGO Fortnite and can you beat it?

You can't technically beat LEGO Fortnite, as it's meant to offer unlimited playtime. Like with regular bricks, your playing sessions with friends will last as long as you like, as long as your avatar is not feeling too hot or cold. Even that won't keep you from playing, as in LEGO Fortnite Sandbox mode, you can solely focus on creativity. On the other hand, LEGO Fornite Survival mode is less forgiving.

While no set tasks will bring you to the Game Over screen, you can set your personal goals. For example, you can try to build everything and update it to the max or create a vast city that spans most of the map. This is LEGO, after all, so the imagination and skill of your party are the only things deciding what is the goal of LEGO Fortnite.

Should you choose Survival or Sandbox in LEGO Fortnite?

While it's relaxing to fly around (yes, fly!) and act as a divine LEGO master builder, the lack of challenges ultimately drew me to Survival mode. Here, I found a purpose: to gather resources, craft items and buildings while enjoying surviving cute yet harsh conditions.

While it's nice to have everything you need for creativity sessions, lacking resources and trying to figure out ways to succeed is why I'm all for the LEGO Fortnite Survival experience. It may look to someone like Sons of the Forest for kids, but I like it that way! To conclude, the goal of LEGO Fortnite is to spend quality time with your friends, exchange ideas, and let your imagination loose while enjoying playing with bricks.
