Luckily for players, both the Scientist and the Foundation are located at the Sanctuary POI in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1. The image above pinpoints the exact location where players will find the Scientist NPC in-game.

While you cannot hire the Scientist like Visitor, but players can still interact with him and purchase the rare version of Hop Rock Dualies for 500 gold bars. That's not all, the Scientist also reveals future storm circles for 170 gold bars. Make sure to save enough gold bars to make purchases from this NPC.
