Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 has 20 new NPCs, and the Foundation is one of them. He was added this season as an NPC, and he carries the Mythic MK-Seven Assault Rifle. The Foundation is located at the Sanctuary POI.

The Foundation throws a rock during the fight, which destroys everything in its vicinity. Make sure to stay on the cover while fighting him, and have ample heals to recover from the fight. The Sanctuary is definitely a hot-drop location so players will need to be careful while landing at the POI.
