Alternatively, if you are looking for a passive drop, then its best to land near the isolated castle east of The Citadel POI. How to use the Shockwave Hammer in Fortnite
The Shockwave Hammer is one of the most unique melee weapons in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1. It allows players to damage and launch opponents into the air. It can also be used as a neat rotational tool to reposition yourself and teammates to a safe spot. To slam and deal damage with the Shockwave Hammer, simply aim at the player and click the primary fire button. Players need to be close to the enemies to deal damage and send them flying.
Similarly, to bounce and launch yourself in the air, hold down on alternate fire button. You can also tap the alternate fire button to bounce one time with the Shockwave Hammer. This new melee weapon is incredibly powerful, and one of the best rotational tools in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1. The Shockwave Hammer has four charges, and you must wait for two charges to regenerate before performing an action. Charge regeneration takes about 15 seconds, so its best to keep another weapon ready.
