Where to get Cybertron Cannon in Fortnite

In Fortnite Wilds Chapter 4, Season 3, you will get to use various new weapons, including the Cybertron Cannon. Optimus Prime has arrived with the Battle Pass, bringing several new cosmetics and an overpowered weapon to eliminate opponents. The Cybertron Cannon is a mythic item, and obtaining this weapon can be a little tricky. I got this mythical weapon after submitting an item to unlock a jungle vault, and you need to know the process to obtain this mythic. Here's how to get the Cybertron Cannon in Fortnite.

How to get the Cybertron Cannon in Fortnite

I found the Cybertron Cannon inside the jungle vault at the new Rumble Ruins POI. To enter this vault, you must submit a worthy item. You can submit Epic loot and above to gain access to the vault. Kinetic Boomerangs are some of the readily available Epic loot you will find at this POI, and I recommend submitting it at the vault's entrance. Keep in mind that once you submit an item, it will be consumed and destroyed.

Once you access the jungle vault, you may find the Cybertron Cannon inside, along with a couple of regular and epic chests. Since the Rumble Ruins POI is new, you can expect several opponents to land at this POI. I would recommend not unlocking the vault until you've eliminated the enemies, as they can camp and steal your loot instead.

Best places to get Cybertron Cannon in Fortnite (Optimus Prime's weapon)

Apart from the jungle vaults, I also found the Cybertron Cannon as ground loot, and in chests, at the Rumble Ruins, Shady Stilts, and Creeky Compound POI. You can find this weapon by searching the jungle biomes, but that can take a while. Instead, visit the jungle vault at Rumble Ruins to quickly get this mythic weapon. Alternatively, you can also snatch it from an opponent who has it after eliminating them.

How to use the Cybertron Cannon in Fortnite

The Cybertron Cannon is a deadly explosive weapon that you can charge and shoot at opponents. You hold the fire button to charge the weapon and then shoot the weapon to deal around 100+ damage to enemies. It comes with two charges, and striking an enemy with a single charge can nearly eliminate the opponent. Despite the high damage, the Cybertron Cannon has a few drawbacks.

Firstly, this weapon takes a while to charge, giving enemies ample time to shoot you down. Likewise, if you miss the first charge shot, there is a 30-second cooldown, making you vulnerable to enemy fire. Try not to engage in close-range fights with the Cybertron Cannon. Using this weapon from a distance and from a safe spot is ideal.
