The Heart of Clear Springs tells of the forbidden longing between a human boy and a Spring Fairy—a lochfolk manifested through Hydro Energy that could mimic real forms. They are beings that could live far longer than humans but can't directly communicate with them outside of dreams.
Collecting all four volumes in the Heart of Clear Springs will allow you to complete your book Archive while reading the sad tale between a human and a lochfolk over and over again.
Volume One
The first volume is located in Springvale. Head to the house circled in the image above, where you'll find an Investigate spot containing the book on top of the barrel.
Volume Two
The second volume can be found on the table located outside of Cat's Tail in Monstadt. If you're not sure where the pub is located, simply look for the narrow alley to the left of The Good Hunter. You'll find an Investigate spot on the table containing the second book to The Heart of Clear Springs.

Volume Three
The third book is located inside Jean's office in the Knights of Favonius Headquarters. Upon entering, turn right and head toward the bookshelf, where you'll find an Investigate spot containing volume three.
Volume Four
The fourth and final volume of the Heart of Clear Springs is located inside the mansion in Dawn Winery. Upon entering, head straight to the cabinet behind Head Housemaid Adelinde, where you'll find an Investigate spot containing the book-in-question.
