All New TCG Cards in Genshin 3.5 – Eula, Kokomi, & Kujou Sara’s TCG Skills

Genshin Impact continues to add content to its new, permanent mini-game, Genius Invocation TCG. In Version Update 3.5, three new Character Cards were added for Eula, Kokomi, and Kujou Sara. All Eula, Kokomi, & Kujou Sara TCG Character Card Skills in Genshin Impact 3.5

To obtain these Character Cards, you'll need to defeat each character, Eula, Kokomi, and Kujou Sara, once each after using a Match Invitation Letter to invite them to duel at the Cat's Tail Invitation Board. They only need to be defeated in Friendly Fracas mode to obtain their card. Defeating each character within six rounds and with less then two characters defeated will also award you their Talent card.

Eula's Character and Talent Card Skills

Eula's Character Card centers around using her Elemental Burst to summon a Lightfall Sword that can deal large amounts damage at the End Phase of the round if Eula uses Normal Attacks or her Elemental Skill after. Here's her Character Card skills:

  • Normal Attack: Favonius Bladework—Edel
    • Deals two Physical damage.
    • Costs one Cryo Elemental Dice and two Elemental Dice of any other type to use.
  • Elemental Skill: Icetide Vortex
    • Deals two Cryo damage. If this character has not yet gained Grimheart, they will gain Grimheart
    • Grimheart: Status. After the character to which this is attached uses Icetide Vortex: Remove this status and deal two more damage for this instance.
    • Costs three Cryo Elemental Dice to use.
  • Elemental Burst: Glacial Illumination
    • Deals two Cryo damage, summons one Lightfall Sword.
    • Lightfall Sword: Summon. When Eula uses a Normal Attack or Elemental Skill, this card will accumulate two Zeal Stacks, but Eula will not gain Energy. End Phase: Discard this card and deal two Physical damage. Each Zeal stack adds one damage to this damage instance. Effect on this card's Usage will apply to Zeal.)
    • Costs three Cryo Elemental Dice and two Energy points to use.

Eula's Talent Card, Wellspring of War-Lust, increases the amount of Zeal stacks Icetide Vortex can produce. Here's the details:

  • Combat Action: When your active character is Eula, equip this card. After Eula equips this card, immediately use Glacial Illumination once. When your Eula, who has this card equipped, uses Icetide Vortex, this will generate one more Zeal for Lightfall Sword.
  • This card costs three Cryo Elemental Dice and two Energy points to use.

Kokomi's Character and Talent Card Skills

Kokomi's Character Card also matches her unique healer role, albiet in not so much of an overpowered way. She can also do a bit of damage while she heals, giving her a bit of an edge over Barbara. Here's her character card skills:

  • Normal Attack: The Shape of Water
    • Deals one Hydro damage.
    • Costs one Hydro Elemental die and two Elemental Dice of any type to use.
  • Elemental Skill: Kurage's Oath
    • This character gains Hydro Application and summons one Bake-Kurage.
    • Bake-Kurage: Summon with two uses. At the End Phase, deals one Hydro damage and heals your active character for one HP.
    • Costs three Hydro Elemental Dice to use.
  • Elemental Burst: Nereid's Ascension
    • Deals three Hydro damage. This character also gains Ceremonial Garment.
    • Ceremonial Garment: Status. The character to which this is attatched has their Normal Attacks deal one additional damage. After the character to which this is attatched uses a Normal Attack: Heal one HP for all your characters. This Status lasts for two rounds.
    • Costs three Hydro Elemental Dice and two Energy Points to use.

Kokomi's Talent Card, Tamanooya's Casket, adds bonus damage to a Bake-Kurage Summon while also unleashing Kokomi's Elemental Burst. Here are the details:

  • Combat Action: When your active character is Sangonomiya Kokomi, equip this card. After Sangonomiya Kokomi equips this card, immediately use Nereid's Ascension once. When your Sangonomiya Kokomi, who has this card equipped, uses Nereid's Ascension, If a Bake-Kurage is also on the field, its usages will be refreshed. While Ceremonial Garment exists, Bake-Kurage deals and additional point of damage.
  • This card costs three Hydro Elemental Dice and two Energy points to use.

Kujou Sara's Character and Talent Card Skills

The Character Card for Kujou Sara mirrors her kit, in that she can be used to bolster her teammates, particularly Electro ones. Here's her Character Card Skills:

  • Normal Attack: Tengu Bowmanship
    • Deals two Physical damage.
    • Costs one Electro Elemental Die and two Elemental Dice of any type to use.
  • Elemental Skill: Tengu Stormcall
    • Deals one Electro damage and summons one Tengu Juurai: Ambush.
    • Tengu Juurai: Ambush: Summon. Deals one Electro damage and applies Crowfeather Cover to the friendly active character. This summon lasts for one use.
    • Crowfeather Cover adds one additional damage to Elemental Skills and Elemental Bursts. This additional damage can only be applied twice.
    • Costs three Electro Elemental Dice to use.
  • Elemental Burst: Subjugation: Koukou Sendou
    • Deals one Electro damage and Summons Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster.
    • Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster: Summon. Deals two Electro damage and applies Crowfeather Cover to the friendly active character. This summon lasts for two uses.
    • Costs four Electro Elemental Dice and two Energy Points to use.

Kujou Sara's Talent Card, Sin of Pride, amps up her Elemental Burst. Here is its details:

  • Combat Action: When your active character is Kujou Sara, equip this card. After Kujou Sara equips this card, immediately use Subjugation: Koukou Sendou once. If a friendly Electro character has Crowfeather Cover attached, their Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst deal an additional point of damage.
  • Costs four Electro Elemental Dice and two Energy Points to use.

All new TCG equipment cards in Genshin Impact 3.5

There were two new equipment cards introduced in Genshin Impact Version 3.5. They are both Artifact cards.

General's Ancient Helm Artifact Card Skills

This card riffs off of the Tenacity of the Millelith Artifact set. It costs two elemental dice of the same element to play it. Here's its skill:

  • When Action Phase begins: The character to which this is attached gains Unmovable Mountian that provides two Shield Points.

Ornate Kabuto Artifact Card Skills

This card represents the Emblem of Severed Fate Artifact set. It costs two elemental dice of any element to play it. Naturally, its skill has to do with energy regeneration:

  • After another character of yours uses an Elemental Burst: The character to which this is attached gains one Energy.
