The Blizzard Strayer artifact set can be found at the top of Dragonspine in the Peak of Vindagnyr domain. You will first need to move the Skyfrost Nail to access this domain, but afterward, you can begin to farm both the four-star and five-star versions of the set.

• 2-Piece Set: +15 percent Cryo Damage.
• 4-Piece Set: When attacking an enemy weak to cryo damage, you will get a 20 percent increase to your crit rate. If you cause the freezing reaction, then your crit rate will be increased by another 20 percent.
