How To Get the Fleuve Cendre Ferryman Sword in Genshin Impact

The first step towards getting the Fleuve Cendre Ferryman Sword in Genshin Impact is to unlock the fishing system. To do so, complete the Exploding Population quest in the Mondstadt.

If you've already unlocked fishing in Genshin Impact, all you need to do is head to the new Fontaine region in the 4.0 update and exchange a certain fish at the Fontaine Fishing Association. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact type of fish required at the moment, as it will be revealed once the next Genshin Impact update drops.

You'll need to unlock the Fontaine region first to access the Fontaine Fishing Association. To do so, complete the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue: Act III, “Song of the Dragon and Freedom.”

Fleuve Cendre Ferryman's stats and effects have not been announced officially by developers, though a reliable Genshin Impact source – Honey Impact – has managed to data mine the values:

• Level 1: Increases Elemental Skill CRIT Rate by 8%. Additionally, increases Energy Recharge by 16% for 5s after using an Elemental Skill.
• Level 2: Increases Elemental Skill CRIT Rate by 10%. Additionally, increases Energy Recharge by 20% for 5s after using an Elemental Skill.
• Level 3: Increases Elemental Skill CRIT Rate by 12%. Additionally, increases Energy Recharge by 24% for 5s after using an Elemental Skill.    
• Level 4: Increases Elemental Skill CRIT Rate by 14%. Additionally, increases Energy Recharge by 28% for 5s after using an Elemental Skill.    
• Level 5: Increases Elemental Skill CRIT Rate by 16%. Additionally, increases Energy Recharge by 32% for 5s after using an Elemental Skill.

Since the above info is based on leaks, I recommend you take it with a pinch of salt until an official confirmation comes out.
