Genshin Impact is a vast game where you concentrate on exploring the world of Teyvat with several different characters. To keep moving through the story, you will need to increase your world levels and face tougher enemies. This means that farming for good artifacts in Domains is essential, but the RNG system can seem a bit unfair.
How Does Domain RNG Work in Genshin Impact?
We don't know exactly how RNG works, but we have learned a bit of information since the game first launched:
- 5-star artifact drops are guaranteed once you hit AR 45.
- Artifacts that contribute to specific types of elemental damage are rare.
- The artifact set you recieve from the Domain, along with the stats, are completely left up to chance.
- The same rules apply for talent materials and weapon materials.
- Every account has the same RNG, some players just get luckier than others.

The best way to get the sets you want currently is to just keep grinding. While this can be tedious, using matchmaking to find other players to help you blaze through Domains.
