How to get the Before My Time Sumeru Hidden Achievement in Genshin Impact

Before My Time is a Genshin Impact Wonders of the World Achievement that you can obtain by opening the cabinet in the abandoned hospital in Dar al-Shifa. This area is located in the Sumeru desert, which you can head to via the Caravan Rivat. We also recommend playing through the Archon Quest Chapter III: Act IV - King Deshret and the Three Magi. The second segment, Cry From the Eleazar Hospital, will take you to Dar al-Shifa.

How to unlock the cabinet in the abandoned hospital in Dar al-Shifa in Genshin Impact

Start by heading to Dar al-Shifa via the nearby Teleport Waypoint, then make your way toward the area circled in the image above. Doing so will take you to the abandoned hospital. Upon entering, you'll immediately spot a cabinet with a glowing spot.

Remember that this is the cabinet you need to unlock using an Ancient Key to get the Achievement. The Ancient Key is hidden in the basement, so jump down the crack in the floorboards.

Once you're in the basement, turn right to enter a long corridor with what looks like a ward for patients who were afflicted with Eleazor.

You'll find that there's another hallway to the right. Enter to find a special room with a glowing Investigate spot. Interact with it to get the Ancient Key. Then head back upstairs and open the cabinet using the Ancient Key, revealing a chilling Diagnostic Report that implies human experiments were conducted underground. After reading it, you'll get the Hidden Achievement called Before My Time.
