How to get the Pool of Sapphire Grace Blueprint in Genshin Impact
You'll need to trade the right amount of fish to Jiawei in exchange for the Pool of Sapphire Grace blueprint. He also has a few other items you can trade for:

What is the Pool of Sapphire Grace for in Genshin Impact?
This is a furnishing blueprint for your Serenitea Pot. After you build and place it, the Pool of Sapphire Grace allows you to display the Ornamental Fish that you've caught from various fishing spots around Teyvat. Ornamental fish are rare versions of each fish that jump in and out of the water. Once caught, you can walk up to your Pool of Sapphire Grace and select Raise Fish to display them.
