From here, move right and ascend the stairs in the alley, which will bring you to a spot where three kids are playing. Behind them, you'll see some red piping on the other side of a railing.
Jump over the railing and onto the pipes. Turn left, and you'll see the pink chest containing Star-Lord's movie look.
