By The Power of Ragnaros is a pretty old Tavern Brawl that hasn't been around in almost two years! You must create your own deck, and the twist of this brawl is that at the end of your turn you will have your hand reduced in mana cost by one. This is exactly the same as Emperor Thaurissan 's card text, and is where the name of the brawl comes from.
