Top 15 cars in Hot Wheels Unleashed 2

One of the improvements of Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 on its predecessor, is the cars feel different from class to class, and the variety of tracks and events require you to choose the right vehicle for the job. Here is a list of the best 15 cars you can unlock in the game.

15. Bassline

A drifter that feels more like a balanced. It has good speed and is a good starting point for any new player because it is a cheap common rarity vehicle, and it is useful on all kinds of tracks. The boost isn't great because it only has three pips, but I upgraded mine to Ultimate and changed it to a boost bar.

14. Dodge Deora

One of the fastest heavy duties out there. It feels good when drifting and it has the weight and power to push other cars out of the track. Besides, something feels good about racing with two surfboards in the trunk.

13. GT Scorcher

One of the best Balanced class common vehicles. It has great speed when boosted and is easy to drift, which makes it good for recharging the boost. Its downside is it has three boost-pips instead of a bar and, at times, can drift too much, which won't be ideal in narrow circuits.

12. Count Muscula

It is a great drifter, fast, and yet with good handling. I wouldn't use it on fast tracks because it drifts too much, but it can be good at some events.

11. DAVancenator

It's a rocket that feels Balanced. It has good speed, nothing amazing, but its solid handling when drifting makes it a good competitor. The original livery doesn't look good, but the fact that it doesn't have lateral windows makes for great paint customizations.

10. Bad to the Blade

A rocket with amazing handling, but it lacks braking power for off-road tracks. It also jumps very little, so you might need to bring another car when faced with a track with a lot of long difficult jumps. Apart from that, it is great for its cost and comes with a boost bar from the get-go.

9. Night Shifter

Fast and light, it has great top speed and drifts easily, but that can make it hard to control as the nose can turn too much or the rear step out and bump into the outer walls.

8. Audi Sport Quattro

There's a similar feel between the Off-road vehicles and the heavy-duty ones, and I generally prefer the Off-road class. The Audi Sport Quattro feels nimble, easy to control, and fast enough to keep up with lighter classes.

7. Snoopy

It is incredibly fast and pleasurable to drive, but it's reluctant to drift, and because it is a tall vehicle, it is easier to overturn it and ruin your race.

6. LB Super Silhouette Nissan Silvia S15

A common car that rivals some legendaries when it comes to speed. It comes with four boost pips, which isn't ideal, but it makes up with its powerful acceleration and good handling.

5. Ducati 1199

I was lucky to unlock this one at the start of the game. It is really fast, especially when boosted, and because motorcycles can lean to the side, it has a sharp response to turning. It isn't good for drifting since the drifts are short, but that can be a desirable trait if you need precision at all times on the track.

4. K.I.T.T.

I found this to be the best drifter not only because the handling is really good and allows you to hold drifts for a long time but also because it has great straight-line speed. At times, I find I can let go of everything but the gas pedal and still hold a perfect drift around a long corner.

3. Dragon Blaster

A fast car and one of the easiest to control. The stock version comes with a boost bar and no substantial weaknesses, which makes it really enjoyable to drive. This car can handle anything you throw at it.

2. 2020 Koenigsegg Jesko

My favorite Balanced class car in the game. Its stock version already has six points in speed and six in handling, which makes it —as the class rightly says —balanced for any type of track. It comes with four boost-pips, so upgrading it and changing to a bar boost should be the first priority.

1. Back To The Future Time Machine

It is a really fast and controllable car, with its only downside being that it comes with pips instead of the bar boost (nothing that can't be fixed with upgrades). It is a little heavy and harder to put to drift, but once you get used to it, its heavy weight makes it very controllable and precise.
