Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will let you heckle women, punch chickens, and get caned in public

That's right, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will let Henry bit of a bit of a menace. Heckling women, punching chickens, and getting some due justice for it all too.

In the gameplay reveal trailer, Warhorse took us on a brief jaunt to find someone we need to shore up our guerrilla squad to take out the usurper king, Sigismund, and restore some order to the frankly bananas lands of 15th century Bohemia. But, in the midst of a quick walk to grab a bath and some bacon, we were informed that Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 offers a few more ways to be a little bit (a lot) evil.

So, what new mischief can you get up to in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2? Well, to start off with, as is shown a few times in the gameplay reveal, you can... pester women in the street by whistling at them. If that tickles your fancy, seek help! Now yes, whilst you might just be doing it to summon your horse, I imagine with the effort Warhorse has put in to make the world more responsive and reactive to your actions, it can be entirely misused.

But not to worry if daylight misogyny isn't your thing (I should hope this is the case), because you can also do some more atypical evil, like... causing grievous bodily harm to farm animals. Okay, maybe not so a-typical, but hey, if Warhorse wanted it in the gameplay reveal, I want it noted here.

The trailer also showed Henry sneaking around in town, clearly on the prowl for some goods to rob, and whilst this was an option in Kingdom Come Deliverance 1, it'd be nice to see some improvements to the mechanics of theft. Maybe not quite the fantasy standard of a thieves 'guild', but perhaps some options to make the life of a petty thief a bit more interactive. Something like a fence would serve nicely here, but unlike traditional RPGs which just require finding one, maybe a quest to earn the trust of a shady salesman would serve in making it more than a simple, albeit 'extra', trader.

One other major piece of tomfoolery we got to see Henry getting up to was wandering around with no clothes on, sitting next to a man very much minding his own business, and informing him that the reason for your state of undress is that you left your clothes at his mother's place of residence. Why Henry left them there of all places I surely have no idea, but I hope he gets them back soon!

But, before you go causing all that ruckus, bear in mind that it seems Warhorse have also implemented some new ways of making sure you get your just deserts. The gameplay reveal shows Henry getting caned in public, with quite a crowd cheering the act on. Serves you right for bothering that poor scholar and mangling that chicken, you monster.
