How to complete the Ranger Treasure Road stage in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Make Kirby pew pew!

Once you finish with the third main stage in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Rocky Rollin' Road, two new Treasure Road stages will appear for you to master—once each for the Fire and Ranger Treasures! This guide will show you how to complete the Ranger Treasure Road, "Ready Aim, Fire! Distant Targets" within the time limit.

How to get the Ranger Treasure in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

If you want to complete this stage in the one-minute target time, you'll need to get skilled with Kirby's Ranger abilities. These include firing projectiles with the B button and charging those projectiles for bigger blasts by holding the B button and releasing it. Most of your Ranger practice will be aiming the cursor as precisely as you can.

This stage has five phases, or obstacles, that Kirby's floating platform zips through. The first and second include up to two targets to hit, so note that charged blasts hit a much larger area upon impact than regular non-charged shots. Of course, the charging will take longer, so it's a good thing Kirby doesn't have to move around that much until an enemy starts firing its own projectiles in this stage's third phase.

Try to fire back and eliminate it or make Kirby dodge it in this third obstacle as you aim for the targets. But you will need to use great timing to fire at the targets around the vertically moving platform cover! Try to anticipate the moment the target will be uncovered, so you can have your cursor ready as the platform cover moves up or down.

The fourth obstacle has not one but three enemies shooting things at you. Fire back or save as much time as you can by going for the three targets moving over their heads. Use charged blasts for the side two targets that will move and hide behind walls. Charged blasts may hit them even when they get covered.

Practice runs on Treasure Road!

Run as fast as you can past the last obstacle of slow bouncing-head enemies to claim the Ranger Treasure within the time limit! If you need to, practice with a few trial runs to perfect your timing and control of Kirby's Ranger copy abilities.
