How to claim the bee pet in Last Epoch

Last Epoch is an ARPG with a lot of unlockable gear and armor. One of the most fun things you can unlock are little pets, like the three different bee pets that you can equip to buzz along on your adventures.

How to get the Last Epoch bee pet

The three different bee pets you can get are the three-bee pet, the seven-bee pet, and the twelve-bee pet. These are supposed to be able to be unlocked by referring one, two, and three friends respectively to Last Epoch. These cute little bee friends are not available inside the game in any other way. However, since the Refer-a-Friend is not currently working, you can't get these pets properly in the game at the moment.

Since the bee pet rewards are currently bugged, you will have to wait to get those buzzy little buddies. According to one of employees of the developer (Discord user EHG_Steven) posted an explanation of the bug and how you can get your bee pets in the future. As the information below says, anyone who owns Last Epoch before March 1, 2024 will get all three bee pets and a cape called the Autumnal Wrap.

After March 1st, it's assumed that the bee pets will once again only be able to be gotten through the Refer-a-Friend system. This is assuming the Refer-a-Friend system is back up and properly running by then.
