A big part of the fun of Last Epoch is online play, but there are sometimes issues with getting into the game. Here's how to fix the Last Epoch online play unavailable error.
How to fix Last Epoch Online Play Unavailable error
If you're running into problems logging into Last Epoch, the first thing you'll need to try is to see if your internet connection is stable and if the game's servers are up. The game's forums are a good place to look if you have problems as the developers are typically on top of things. The launch of 1.0 created a bunch of problems, for example, and the devs gave frequent updates of what was going on as they were able to share the information.

A lot of times, it's completely out of your control. When 1.0 launched and the floodgates opened to thousands of players, the only thing you could do was be patient and wait while the issues were resolved. If you are okay with playing offline, the developers give you the ability to do that.
How to play Last Epoch offline
Last Epoch can launch in offline mode, and if you do that you won't have to worry about any server issues as you can progress your character on your own. The steps to do this are simple, and here's how you can do it.
- Right click Last Epoch in your Steam library
- Select Properties
- Select Launch Options
- Select to launch Last Epoch in Full Offline Mode
This will make it so you don't have to connect to the internet to play, but you'll want to make sure you undo this if you want to play with friends down the road.
