Best classes to choose in Last Epoch

The most enjoyable class in Last Epoch depends on your preferred gameplay style. Whether you enjoy strategic minion management, dynamic combat, or fast-paced action, Last Epoch has a class that does one of each. I personally find it the most satisfying when I zerg-rush my opponents using my relentless tides of minions as my personal army using the Necromancer.

Necromancer Fire Minions

Necromancers excel in minion-based gameplay, especially with builds focused on a full pet setup. This class allows players to command an army of golems, deathknights, skeletons, and zombies, offering a strategic and somewhat relaxed play experience. The fun lies in the tactical deployment and management of minions during combat.

Lightning Smite Paladin

The Paladin class, known for its Lightning Smite ability, provides a mix of tankiness and mobility. This class shines with specific unique items like Culnivar's Claim and Devotion, enhancing damage based on missing mana. Players enjoy lunging across maps and targeting bosses with javelins, offering an active and engaging playstyle.

Fast Mapping (G)Lich

For those who prefer rapid progression, the Lich class offers fast mapping capabilities. This class is ideal for players seeking continuous action and quick, successive victories, making it a blast of choice for those who enjoy a fast-paced gaming experience.

Versatility Rogue

The Rogue class, particularly when using Herald of Agony (HoA) or Dark Scythe (DS), provides a versatile gameplay experience. I like switching between melee and ranged attacks and adapting to various combat situations. This flexibility keeps my gameplay dynamic and engaging.

Mastery Variety Primalist

Primalists offer a wide range of masteries, allowing players to experiment with different strategies and approaches. This class is fun for those who enjoy exploring various playstyles and mastering multiple aspects of the game. This diverse class offers many interesting masteries and playstyle variants, and I noticed is the most popular one, according to the Steam fanbase.
