First Minikit

You'll find the first Minikit near where Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon ran in at the beginning of the battle. Defeat Darth Maul in the first duel and then run behind the stage entrance. You can find it just to the right of the entrance, and you can reach it by using the Force on the platforms.

Second Minikit

Darth Maul will eventually destroy the floor twice. You will be able to reach the right side of the map by using the bridge he makes on the second floor destruction. You need to use the bridge to go to the far right corner of the map and look for the platform. Destroy everything on it and then build four buttons.

You can drop anything nearby on two of the buttons to activate them. Using the Force will make this simple. Place your two characters on the remaining buttons, and then the platform will float up, allowing you to get the Minikit.

Third Minikit

Before you go any further, use the map above to find the five cleaning droids in this level. The bottom level has two, and the top level has three. You must destroy them all, not just knock them down. If it's right, they'll completely disappear, and the screen will show 1/5 until it reaches 5/5. You'll then receive another Minikit.

Fourth Minikit

After Darth Maul enters the barriers, you can find the fourth Minikit. The Minkit will be under a panel that Heroes or Bounty Hunters can only access, so you can only do this in Free Play.

In the final room, where you battle Darth Maul, you will find the last Minikit. This is located in the central area, which you can access by jumping down onto the climbing platforms in the center ring. It can also be reached using Bounty Hunters or Heroes, who can grapple their way there instead of jumping down.
