How to survive the Bracken in Lethal Company

Flower Man, also known as the Bracken, is a type of inside monster in Lethal Company, which means you won't ever be able to find them outside. This fact is also the key to surviving an encounter with one. If you ever find yourself stalked by Bracken and feel like you've been cornered, quickly run toward either the main or the fire exit to your safety.

The Flower Man will never attack you outright but stalk your company at first. If he starts moving toward you, glance at him for a quick look, but don't gaze upon him for too long. Timing is the key here, as staring at him for too long will provoke him, and he will attack instantly. His attacks will one-shot anyone who gets in his way, and he's perfectly capable of wiping your entire party, so be on high alert and communicate with your crewmates.

The first sign that Flower Man is close by is the sound of leaves rustling. Always keep your headphones on and listen to sound cues for any indication that you're being followed. If you're the last man in the line moving through hallways, always keep turning back and checking corners.

You will need a shovel and a zap gun if you decide to kill the Flower Man in Lethal Company. It is necessary to have high team coordination, as one person will have to zap him while the other moves for the kill. It took me around two to three shovel hits after my teammate zapped him.

There is also a fun Lethal Company bug happening at the moment with the Bracken that can be used to kill it. If you exit the facility while he is trying to snap your neck, the Flower Man will exit with you. Sometimes, it will follow you and stay active, but sometimes it gets confused and doesn't move. This second option is perfect for you, as you can kill it with a shovel while it's not moving.

The timing of this is quite difficult. If you notice the Bracken following you, start heading towards a door. Try to survive until you reach either the main entrance or the fire exit. At this point, you have to be ready to sacrifice yourself or a teammate, as the Bracken will need to kill.

With the Flower Man nearby, click on the exit and hope that it will jump on you to kill you. Make sure you are the last to leave to increase your chances. Your teammates should be ready to either hit it with a shovel or run. If you're lucky, the Bracken will glitch out and become immobile.
