Ichiban travels to Hawaii in search of his mother, and the team at RGG Studio has beautifully recreated the lush environments and cheerful urban areas of the island. Ichiban is strapped for cash but can take on jobs doing deliveries and enjoy photo mode to capture the beauty of Hawaii. Learning roles throughout the island will expand your combat mechanics as well.
Some notable new characters include Dwight, voiced by Danny Trejo, who is the leader of the Barracudas. The Barracudas are masters of counterfeit goods, and Dwight is deadly with his machete. Another character is Masataka Ebina, a ruthless captain of the Yakuza who is voiced by Daniel Dae Kim.

In addition to being a quirky RPG, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth offers an island resort builder as well. Players are able to build up their dream home and customize everything about the island. Befriend guests who come and enjoy a variety of mini-games. However, you'll have to defend the island from unwelcome guests, so don't get too comfy!
