While the 1,000 or so Mokoko Seeds players can collect in Lost Ark get most of the headlines, the 100 Island Souls that are available are just as fun and challenging to collect. Most of the small islands dotted around the seas have one and the rewards are every bit as good, from Secret Maps to the equally collectible Masterpieces. Here, we’ll explain how to get the Illusion Bamboo Island soul in Lost Ark.
Where is the Lost Ark Illusion Bamboo Island Soul?
This is one of the trickier Island Souls to collect. Firstly, Illusion Bamboo Island is in a level four Siren Sea south of Yorn, so it is not easy to get to. Once you arrive, you’re going to have to complete the End of Trials purple quest line, which starts with a Crumpled Note you find on the floor where you first disembark from your ship. When completed, you’ll open up Shandi’s student Zinnervale as a Rapport NPC on the island. Once you have succeeded in getting your Rapport level with Zinnervale to Trusted, he’ll reward you with the Illusion Bamboo Island Soul.
Note that the recommended item level is 1,100 for Illusion Bamboo Island. This is based on the quests, not any mobs on the island, as there are some genuinely tricky battles during the quest chain. In terms of Rapport, Zinnervale wants to hear the Song of Valor (250 Rapport) and see the Encourage (250), and Umarka (300) emotes. As well as accepting any Rapport gifts you may have.
