Franchise Mode in Madden 23 allows you to relocate your team if you choose Owner as your starting point. There are a few requirements to be able to relocate your team and some options on location, teams, and jerseys. Here is how to relocate your team in Madden 23 Franchise mode.
Madden 23 Relocation Guide
The first step to relocation is setting up your Franchise. Choose Owner as your starting point, then go to Franchise Settings. Scroll down to Relocation Settings and select Everyone (Can Relocate). If Relocation Settings are left on Normal, your stadium rating must be lower than 20 to relocate.
Once you have started your Franchise as an Owner, select Manage Team, then select Stadium. You can select whether you want to upgrade, rebuild, or relocate. Select Relocate, and you will be given a message that cities are being scouted. After a few weeks, you will get the option to choose your city. When choosing your city, consider that each city has three team options. Some do not allow for team, logo, or jersey rebranding. You can check out the team options in the relocation teams section.

After choosing your city, you will wait another few weeks, then you will get the option to select a stadium. When choosing your stadium, you should consider building price, expected revenue, and facilities, but above all, choose one you like. After another few weeks, you can finally choose your relocation team. All relocation teams are copied and pasted from previous Madden titles, so you won't be seeing any new teams, cities, or jerseys.
After you have completed all steps, your team will relocate before the next season. After relocating, go to Manage Team and upgrade your stadium, set concession prices, and keep an eye on how your stadium is doing.
