Easily one of the best ways to enjoy Madden 24 is to rebuild a team that's doing rough in the actual NFL. For this year, that's sadly lots of teams. Whether they're riddled with injuries (Jets), are only good on one side of the ball (Bears), or are just not playing to their full potential (Giants), lots of teams are in trouble. In the world of Madden 24 though, any problem can be fixed.
Top teams to rebuild in Madden 24
Chicago Bears
Despite a great Thursday Night Football performance, the Bears still qualify as a struggling team. What's nice about the Bears is that they have a solid quarterback to build around (Justin Fields) and solid skill players (D.J. Moore) who can catch the ball. If players try rebuilding the Bears, they definitely want to look for some solid defensive players, since they give up so many points per game. They also might want to look for a better running back (even though Khalil Herbert might be the future in Chicago).
Carolina Panthers
How does a team replace Christian McCaffery? The answer is: nobody can, so don't even bother. What players can do is surround Bryce Young with enough weapons to help him succeed. Although he can have the occasional breakout game in real life, players might want to move on from Miles Sanders at Running Back for Madden purposes. A stand out defensive end can also help out that Defense.

Atlanta Falcons
Looking at the talent on the team, the Falcons are likely much better than their 2-2 record suggests. After all, they have three solid Running Backs (Robinson, Patterson, and Allgier). The big issue for the team is the quarterback position; Madden players might want to trade Desmond Ridder form someone more mobile, and there are certainly other quarterbacks out there on the marketplace.
New England Patriots
As a Patriots fan myself, it's weird living in a world where the Pats might not be a lock to get into the playoffs. There are still plenty of things players can do in Madden to fix the team, though. Players don't necessarily need to ditch Mac Jones; they just need to surround him with some better skill players (particularly a deep threat wide receiver). It would also be nice to make an Offensive Line adjustment to give Rhamondre Stevenson and Ezekiel Elliot some lanes to run in.
New York Giants
The Giants are actually in a similar position to the Patriots. Daniel Jones is likely good enough to win games in Madden; he just needs a better team around him. Meanwhile, a secondary wide receiver can be good to draw attention away from Darius Slayton (some perfect options for this role: Amari Cooper; Adam Thielen; Jordan Addison). Their linebacker core is also pretty banged up, so it also might be good to make some acquisitions, or just switch to a 4-3 Defense and rely on the linemen.
