Who is the Cover Athlete for Madden 24?

The cover athlete for Madden 24 is Buffalo Bills Quarterback, Josh Allen. The QB star will be the first Bills player on a Madden cover. In my opinion, Allen gracing the Madden 24 cover is well-deserved, as the 27-year-old made waves in the NFL this last year, leading his team to a 13-3 record while throwing 35 touchdowns and over 4200 yards. Allen will make his Madden cover debut on both the Standard and Deluxe Edition of the game. Check out the Madden 24 covers below!

What is the Release Date for Madden 24?

Madden 24 will release on August 18, 2023. Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will get three-day early access to play as early as August 15.

What platforms will Madden 24 be on?

Madden 24 is set to release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC and will introduce an improvement on the FieldSense system called SAPIAN Technology. PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC versions will benefit from the Hit Everything and Skill-Based Passing 2.0 systems, which make the game more realistic and smooth. There has been no mention of a Nintendo Switch version, but it is not too surprising since last year's title did not have a Switch version.

Madden 24 Reveal Trailer

EA has given fans a first look at Madden 24 in a reveal trailer that shows off a little of the gridiron action coming to the game. The trailer shows some new animations courtesy of the new SAPIEN technology, a new system designed around autonomically correct NFL player skeletons to replicate true-to-life motion. The Skill-Based Passing and Hit Everything 2.0 is shown off with new passing, catching, and tackling animations, all seen in the trailer. Check out the Madden 24 trailer below!
