Marvel Rivals Brain Blast Mode – Complete Rewards Guide

Bobbleheads in my shooter game? More likely than you think with the new Marvel Rivals Brain Blast Mode. In this event your favorite Marvel heroes will suddenly have a very large head, easier to hit headshots on (the only way I could ever play Black Widow or Hawkeye). Check out our guide below for the Giant Size Brain Blast mode release date, rewards and how to get them.

What is Giant-Size Brain Blast Mode in Marvel Rivals?

Giant-Size Brain Blast is a PvP game mode in Marvel Rivals that visually changes all of the characters by inflating their heads. You thought some of these guys had big egos before, wait until this game mode officially arrives.

The gameplay still seems to be team based, so you'll have to actually have a strategy if you want to win, and not just pick the characters that look the funniest with large heads (sadly). From what we can see in the trailers, it's unclear if the mode will just be a battle or if you'll have additional objectives like capturing the point or escorting.

Giant Size Brain Blast Mode Event Dates and Schedule

The Marvel Rivals Giant Size Brain Blast mode stars on April 25, 2025 and seems to have multiple event rounds. From the trailer we can see a timer that says a round ends in 1D 15H. It's unclear yet if that is the length of rounds or how many there will be.

What we do know is that after each event rounds, the top 10, 100 and 500 players will receive special Title rewards. That means that you have multiple chances to get all three on your account. You'll get the rewards through mail, so make sure to keep an eye on it once you reach the tops of the leaderboard.

All Rewards and How to Earn Them

The rewards for the Brain Blast mode include three titles and a specific emote. The example that they showed are the titles for Iron Man, which we will also use in the list below as an example as well, but they differ slightly for other characters.

RewardHow to Get
Planet-Sized BrainTop 10 in an event round
Monster-Sized BrainTop 100 in an event round
Giant-Sized BrainTop 500 in an event round

Strategies for Topping the Leaderboards

If you want to get the Top placement rewards, then you'll want to know some of our tips on how to get there:

  • Pick your mains in each role - this isn't the time to experiment (or at least not until you get the rewards). Go with what you know and work with your team to win matches.
  • Prioritize Headshots - these do the most damage, and luckily the hitbox for them is now quite large.
  • Use Cover - your enemies have big heads but so do you. Your strategic placement on maps is important more than ever. And if you're a tank, definitely use your big brains to block damage to your DPS and Supports.
