Items in Megabonk provide helpful boosts and power-ups that can make or break your run. You can get these by purchasing and opening the various treasure chests or from the Shady Guy, who randomly spawns on the map. How to Unlock All Items in Megabonk
If you go to the Unlocks section and click on the Items tab, you can see all the Items that can possibly drop from the different treasure chests. There are 77 items in Megabonk, and 35 out of those are unlocked by default. To unlock the rest, you’ll have to complete a few quests and spend some hard-earned Silver.
