Can you play Monster Hunter Now on PC?

Much like its forerunner, Pokemon GO, Monster Hunter Now was designed to use GPS location tracking on a mobile device. However, if you want to, can you play Monster Hunter Now on PC?

How to play MH Now on PC

As with most mobile games that are released onto the Android gaming system, it is possible to play them on a PC or a laptop using an Android emulator emulator. There has been a variety of third-party emulators available for some time now, while Google’s official Google Play Games came out in beta early in 2023. However, Monster Hunter Now is not one of the games available on that platform.

Several Android emulators are worth trying if you want to play MH Now on your PC or laptop.

  • BlueStacks X: At the time of writing, BlueStacks support says the game is working on pie-64-bit but with some issues.  
  • LDPlayer: Listed as available on the LDPlayer website, which also has some layer reviews of the game. However, it is not clear if the reviews are of the LDP version. 
  • MEmu: Android emulator MEmu also lists MH Now on its site, including a download link.

However, it is important to remember that you need to be on the move to get the most out of Monster Hunter Now. You could definitely use an emulator to keep on top of monsters and materials close to home, which can be useful for crafting gear and completing dailies. There is also the possibility of using spoofing to change where the game thinks you are, but note that this is against the rules, and your account can be suspended or canceled for spoofing
