To get all No, I'm Not a Human achievements, you'll have to commit yourself to finding various numbers, talking to the right (or wrong people), and much more. Check our table below to get all achievements, and on which days you can get them.

A House with History	Click on all interactable items in the house: - Bedroom - Nightstand, Curtains, TV - Living Room - Magazine on the table, picture on the wall to the left - Living Room next to the Cabinet - Bunny on the shelf, Cross on the wall - Kitchen - Cupboard to the left Bathroom - Window above the sink - Closet - Boxes on the top of the shelf	1 (Daylight)
TV Made Me Do It	Check a guest for Visitor signs for the first time.	2 (Daylight)
Not on my watch!	You can unlock this achievement on Day 2 by checking the Hunched Lady's teeth, and then killing her.	2 (Daylight)
Special Delivery	- Watch the TV ad on Day 2 - Go to the phone and order anything (I suggest coffee) from ForRest	2 (Daylight)
No, I'm not a Visitor	Check yourself in the bathroom mirror before a Vigilante visit, so that he doesn't end up shooting you.	2 (Daylight)
First time?	Misidentify a Visitor by shooting and killing a Human. You'll know you've killed a Human if there are three body bags left after, and not a body with its head blown off.	2 and onwards (Daylight)
Yes, I'm Alone	When the Pale Man knocks for the first time, just click on the I am alone option (even if you have people inside). He will catch you on your lie, break the door and kill you, getting you the Yes, I'm Alone achievement.	3 (Night)
Amateurish Exorcism	Listen to the Radio on Day 3 to get the Psychics number. Keep going through the options so that the person tries to do an exorcism. You'll get this achievement after the phone call	3 (Daylight)
Your Fluffy Master	After you accept the Cat Lady and the Cat into your home, you will unlock the option to get cat food from ForRest. Purchase it during Daylight on Day 4 so that it arrives during the night.	5 (Daylight)
Come and see	Look out through the peephole to see the world burning.	6 (Night)
Hot Potato	Return the FEMA Notice to the Firefighter.	7 (Daylight)
Wrath of the Vigilante	The second time the Vigilante comes over at Night, he will test you just like you've been testing others. Show him a body part that you are sure will ping you as a Visitor. These can sometimes change, if you've drunk coffee, etc. So be careful what you choose. He will deem you a Visitor and trigger the Wrath of the Vigilante ending.	8 (Night)
Shroom or Doom	After completing all steps for the Shroom or Doom ending, you will also get this achievement.	10 (Night)
Soooooo...	Answer the Pale Man's questions for the last time on his final visit.	11 (Night)
May Death Cleanse us of Our Sins!	After completing the Cultist ending requirements, you'll get this achievement on the Cult Leader's final visit. Accept his offer and start the ending.	11 (Night)
The End?	Survive until the final day with only Humans in the house. If you're unsure about someone, then only keep confirmed Humans and take care of the rest.	14
No, I'm Not Alone	Survive until the final day, but board up a Visitor or two with you in the house as well to get the No, I'm Not Alone ending.	14
Harsh Compromise	Accept a bribe from a guest. Most often I've gotten bribes from Crop Top Guy, the Man in the Wheelchair and the Sisters. Try to refuse them entry and see if they will bribe you. Make sure to accept it to get the Harsh Compromise achievement	Any Day during the night
Lost in the Roots	Talk to the Immortality Man for the first time	Whenever he shows up
I AM THE LAW	Kill a pushy guest. I got this achievement by killing the Blue Aggressive Man.	Whenever he shows up
Watch and learn	Kill the Purple Bandana Guy when he comes to your door.	Whenever he shows up
Wait...	Inspect the hands of the Man in the Wheelchair. If he is a Visitor, you'll get this achievement.	Whenever he shows up
Happier Days	To get the Happier Days achievement in No I'm Not a Human, talk to the Widow for three days. She will reveal the photo to you during conversation	Three days after the Widow has been let inside
Family Dinner	Don't refuse anyone entry during a single run and you'll get this achievement	At the end of a run
Yes, I'm a Murderer	Kill too many Humans on a single run, and you'll get a visit from the Bald Prophet. He will tell you that something bad has happened and you'll go into the cutscene for the secret Yes, I'm a Murderer ending of No, I'm Not a Human.	After you've killed too many Humans in a run.
Welcome to FEMA	Hand out FEMA notices which you acquire, keep killing Visitors, and talk to FEMA on the phone for the FEMA ending. You'll get the FEMA number on Day 3 on the TV. If you do this, FEMA will appreciate your efforts and recruit you, whether you like it or not.	Done during an entire run
Sommelier	Ingest all available items in the game: - Beer - Coffee - Mushroom - EnerJeka - Kombucha	Whenever on a run.
Breakfast of Champions	After getting Cigarettes, purchase them from ForRest, and make sure to smoke them on the same day as you drink the Coffee (purchase it earlier from ForRest as well).	After you gain the Cigarettes option on ForRest.
Frenemy	Kill one person as both a Visitor and a Human. Some guests are always Visitors, some always Human, and most are randomized, so you'll complete this only on randomized people.	After your second run
