The High Banks safe, found during your exploration of the city, requires a passcode. While a side quest can lead you to this safe, it's not mandatory for accessing the safe's contents. The passcode "325" opens the safe, offering a stash of high-quality materials beneficial for your base upgrades and crafting.

Located at a road intersection in Western High Banks, the safe sits hidden in a dilapidated storefront, distinguished by a purple light indicating interactability. Inputting the right combination of numbers unlocks the safe, providing a random assortment of valuable resources. Just be sure to look for the cash register to input the required combination, and the safe will automatically open.
