Medal Merchant Location
The Medal Merchant doesn't take your regular coins, no. Instead, you have to farm Dog Coins so that you can purchase anything from his shop because that's the only currency he accepts. He has some very useful stat-boosting items as well as fun cosmetics, so you should definitely head to any of the Church fast points to find him (he really likes hanging out in churches).
