The first raid in the game includes three different Pal versions with different health bars that you can fight. If you want bragging rights for defeating all of them, check out how to get Bellanoir Libero (Ultra) Slab in Palworld below.
How to farm the Bellanoir Libero (Ultra) Slab in Palworld
You can farm the Bellanoir Libero (Ultra) Slab by fighting and defeating Bellanoir Libero in a raid battle. This makes your preparation phase a little easier. For the other two versions of this Pal, you have to collect fragments first before combining them into a Slab.
When you defeat a Bellanoir Libero, you'll have to rebuild the Summoning Altar again, which gets destroyed along with most of your base. It needs:
- Stone x100
- Paldium Fragment x20
When you build it back up again, place the Bellanoir Libero (Ultra) Slab into the Summoning Altar, and you will start the raid battle. If you defeat this Pal, you will get rewards like the Life, Power or Stout Fruit, Multiclimate undershirt, Ancient Civilization Core, and, the best part, a Witch's Crown (Ultra). How to summon Bellanoir Libero
As mentioned above, in order to summon Bellanoir Libero and fight it for the Ultra slab, you will first have to find Bellanoir Libero Slab fragments. You can get them from chests in level 40+ dungeons. The drop rate isn't super great in level 40 dungeons, so I suggest going to level 45 right away. You can find these in the frosty area of the Astral Mountains.
There are chests throughout these caves, but you'll find the Bellanoir Libero Slab fragments only in the two chests, which you unlock after fighting a boss. My best suggestion is to bring in your strongest Pals, at least level 45, and a lot of ammo for the Assault Rifle. It is very effective when dealing with these Boss Pals.
How to fight Bellanoir Libero (Ultra)
To fight the Bellanoir Libero (Ultra), you have to be very prepared. That means level 50 Pals at the base and in your party, Rocket Launcher with a lot of ammo, the best armor, and possibly a few friends.
Bellanoir Libero Ultra has 900k health, and you'll have ten minutes to bring that down to zero. That isn't a lot of time, as I've noticed the first time I did this raid. You'll have to hit this Pal with everything you've got.
Before you craft the Summoning altar, be aware that Bellanoir Libero Ultra will destroy everything in your base. Nothing can stop its damage. That is why you should place the altar in your secondary base. Clear it out of anything you care about, including rocks and trees. Essentially, remove anything that can weigh you down and prevent you from moving quickly. If you're slow, you can't dodge.
Aim for the head to get the most damage. However, this isn't the easiest thing to do as this Pal will keep flipping itself upside down a lot. You'll get used to it pretty quickly. This Pal will also teleport occasionally, but only slightly to the left or the right.
Once you are close to killing it, know that it's not over yet, and there is a second phase. Bellanoir will freeze you with an ice attack and then proceed to heal herself. Luckily, it isn't a lot, but it is still annoying when you are fighting for your life.
If you're struggling, consider increasing the Damage multiplier in your world settings. I had to go this route since the battle was making me nauseous, and I wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. If you struggle with motion sickness, too, then I definitely suggest you adjust your world.
- When choosing a world, click on Change World Settings.
- Go to Custom Settings.
- Scroll down until you find the Damage to Pals Multiplier.
- Adjust it however much you like.
If you want to test it out, you can try to adjust the FOV and Camera Shake in settings while in the world, which should help you at least a little bit. However, I don't think it will be much, considering that you'll have at least 15 Pals attacking simultaneously, along with Bellanoir's attacks. At some point, I didn't even see the Raid Pal with how overcrowded my screen was.
