How to get Cryolinx in Palworld – Location & Breeding

Definitely an (n)ice Pal to catch.

Crylinx has a menacing and vile look but can be one of the best ice combat pals you can get in Palworld. Keep reading to find out how to get Cryolinx in Palworld as I explain its location and breeding procedure.

How to Breed a Cryolinx in Palworld

Cryolinx is generally harder to breed in Palworld due to the parent monster requirements. To breed Cryolinx, you can use any (must be opposite genders) of these options:

  • Beakon and Blazamut
  • Beakon and Suzaku
  • Beakon and Shadowbeak

With Blazamut and Shadowbeak being some of the hardest to find and beat Alpha Bosses, I recommend going for the breeding combo of Beakon and Suzaku.

In my experience, Beakons usually raid the base (Flying Pals Raid) hence you can quickly get in on the action and throw a few Pal Spheres or two to capture them. Alternatively, you can fight a Beakon Alpha Boss (-345, -252) southwest of the Deep Bamboo Thicket Fast Travel Point (-325, -199). Refer to the map above.

For Suzaku, you can find an Alpha Boss at the map coordinate (403, 256), southeast of the Duneshelter Fast Travel Point (357, 349). Moreover, a bunch of Suzaku(s) spawns around the vicinity of the Alpha Boss, giving you a higher chance of a successful capture.

If you don't have the patience for breeding and hatching an egg, a faster method would be to capture Cryolinx ready. You can find Cryolinx near the Pristine Snow Field Fast Travel (-344, 272), both day and night!

To capture Cryolinx, I recommend bringing a few Hyper or Ultra Spheres and a powerful Fire Pal like Ragnahawk. If you have a Ragnahawk, mount onto it and rain down bullets to diminish Cryolinx's health, and then throw a Sphere at it when its health gets to at least the 15-25% range.
