How to counter Bronzong in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Bronzong has great Defense and Special Defense, making it hard to take out either way. With its good resistance and different weaknesses based on its ability, Bronzong is a real menace. Because it can change its Fire and Ground-type weaknesses, we recommend using a Ghost or Dark-type Pokémon.

Hydreigon, Flutter Mane, Kingambit, and Dragapult are all great choices for taking out Bronzong. Each of these is faster than Bronzong and has enough Attack/Special Attack that they can chip through its defenses. They also have good Special Defense, Bronzong's main attacking stat.
