What is the best nature for Yanma and Yanmega in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

The best natures for Yanma and Yanmega in Pokémon Scarlet are Violet are the following:

  • Timid (+Speed, -Attack)
  • Modest (+Special Attack, -Attack)

Both Yanma and Yanmega are Pokémon with an unnaturally high Sp. Atk. and Speed stats. Between the two, their base Sp. Atk is might higher, but Speed will always be the best stat to invest in if you’re taking this ‘mon into the competitive scene. For in-game content, including Raids, Modest is a good choice as well.
