How to evolve Eevee into Jolteon in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Few Pokémon are as popular as Eevee, as the Normal-type Pokémon is adorable and can evolve into several different Pokémon, including Jolteon. Fortunately, fans of Eevee and its evolutions will be happy to know that both return in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. This may leave you wondering how to evolve Eevee into Jolteon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

How to get Jolteon in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

To evolve Eevee into Jolteon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must find a Thunder Stone. Eevee has multiple evolutions, such as Umbreon, that don't require stones but will only evolve into Jolteon using a Thunder Stone. These can be purchased from the Delibird Presents stores after beating three gyms.

There are other ways to get a Thunder Stone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. You can find Thunder Stones by exploring Paldea, and we have marked one such location on the map below. Head to the marked location and climb to the top of the wind turbines to find a Thunder Stone.

Once you have acquired a Thunder Stone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you simply need to use it on Eevee. Open your menu by pressing X, then select Bag. Scroll to the candy icon, the Other Items tab. Find the Thunder Stone in this tab and select it. Finally, select Eevee to evolve it into Jolteon with the Thunder Stone.
