How to evolve Toxel into Amped or Low Key Toxtricity in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have many different Pokémon to encounter and catch, each with different methods of evolution. One Pokémon that has unique forms is Toxel, which can evolve into Amped Toxtricity or Low Key Toxtricity. This may leave you wondering how to evolve Toxel into the Amped Toxtricity form or the Low Key Toxtricity Form in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

How to get Amped or Low Key Toxtricity in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

To evolve Toxel into Toxtricity in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must gain experience and raise it to level 30. Once you do this, Toxel will evolve into Toxtricity, but whether you receive an Amped or Low Key form will depend on your Toxel's nature. Here are the required natures for both Toxtricity forms in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

You can check the nature of your Toxel before evolving it to see what form you will receive. Press X to open the Main Menu, then scroll to Toxel. Press A and choose Check summary. Scroll to the third tab, called Memories, and you can see Toxel's nature there. Make sure you have the appropriate nature for the Toxtricity form you want in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

There is not much difference between Amped Toxtricity and Low Key Toxtricity, but they can have different abilities, Plus and Minus, as well as learn different moves depending on their form. Their stats are identical, so it will mostly come down to which version you prefer.
