You can find Paldean Tauros in both the East Province and West Province of the Paldea region in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. We found ours in East Province, Area 2, on land. Tauros is a notoriously difficult Pokémon to catch due to its capture rate, so we recommend you inflict a status condition and use better Pokéballs to increase your odds of catching Paldean Tauros.
