The Paldea region in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is full of new Pokémon to meet, capture, and battle with. One type that has received a lot of love with many great additions is the Bug-type. One powerful Bug Pokémon is Lokix. This may leave you wondering how to catch a Lokix in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Where to find Lokix in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

To catch a Lokix in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you are better off catching a Nymble and then evolving it. This Pokémon can be encountered in the southern portion of Paldea, both in the East and West Province. We encountered ours in East Province, Area 1.

As it is a lower level than Lokix, this Pokémon will be easier to catch, especially if you use a Net Ball. To increase your odds of catching a Nymble in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, we recommend whittling down its health and inflicting a status condition on it.

What evolves into Lokix in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the Bug-type Nymble evolves into Lokix at level 24. Once it evolves, it gains the Dark-type in addition to the Bug-type. Lokix features incredible Speed and Attack, especially if it has its best nature, making it a strong physical sweeper.
