There are many new Pokémon to encounter in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Paldea region. This includes regional variants and new evolutionary lines, such as Maschiff, the Rascal Pokémon. This may leave you wondering how to get Maschiff in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Where to find Maschiff in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Maschiff can be found primarily in the beginning of the game, but you can also find this Dark-type Pokémon later on. If you want it early, you will need to look in the southwest parts of the Paldea region. We found ours in the South Province, Area 2.

How to evolve Maschiff in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Maschiff will evolve into Mabosstiff in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. After training Maschiff to level 30, it will evolve into the even bigger best boy that is Mabosstiff. No other evolution methods are needed to evolve this Dark-type dog Pokémon.

Mabosstiff is a hard-hitting bulky Pokémon boasting great HP, Attack, and good defensive stats. Catching a Maschiff with the right nature will make it an even more formidable ally on your team. Mabosstiff also has some interesting abilities that offer different ways to use it in battle.
