How to get Leftovers in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

You can find the Leftovers held item in two places in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This is in Medali and Cascarrafa. You will only be able to obtain one Leftovers in Medali, as it is found as an item on the ground. However, you can get as many of these items as you want in Cascarrafa. The Delibird Presents store sells it for 20,000 Poké Dollars.

Leftovers is a great held item, as they will restore 1/16 of your Pokémon's health each turn. This is a passive regenerative effect, meaning your Pokémon needs to hold the item for it to take effect. It has been a mainstay of competitive Pokémon and a useful item for the main story.
