Most of the best moves our Pokémon can use aren’t learned naturally—they’re taught using technical machines (TMs). Unlike the more recent generations, the TMs in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are one use items. Be extra careful who you use them on.
You can purchase TMs from two locations in the game: the Veilstone Department Store and Battle Tower post-Hall of Fame. The occasional stray Hiker in the Grand Underground trades TMs for small and large spheres as well, though the TMs he offers are randomized daily.
All that said, here’s your guide to finding every TM in the Sinnoh remakes.
