There are many Pokémon to catch in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. One incredibly popular Pokémon is the normal-type Eevee. This Pokémon is coveted not only because it is adorable but also because of the many different forms it can take, making it extremely versatile.
To get Eevee in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you must complete the Sinnoh Pokédex. You only need to see each Pokémon rather than catch them. Once you have done this, you will need to go speak to Professor Rowan, who will upgrade your Pokédex.

Next, you will need to head to Hearthome City and speak to Bebe in the house beside the Pokémon Center. She will then offer you an Eevee to take with you on your journey. Once you have this Eevee, you can then breed it to get more and collect each of the evolutions for Eevee.
Grabbing an Eevee and its evolutions is a great way to round out your team and complete your Pokédex. If you do not receive a female Eevee from Bebe, you will need to use a Ditto for breeding more.
