How to get Rotom in Pokemon GO 2024

You might have missed the opportunity to catch the photobombing Rotom in 2020 during the Pokemon GO Fest event; however, we will have another chance to catch Rotom in Pokemon GO in 2024. Below, I will tell you how and what you should do to prepare.

Pokemon GO (2024): Ghost in the Machine Research for Rotom

If you have come across the Ghost in the Machine research on Pokemon GO but were unable to complete it, you are not alone. I couldn't either. Turns out, it's supposed to be this way. The first step of the research grants you 30 Rotom Candy, while the final rewards claim includes 479x Stardust, 479x XP, and a random Pokemon encounter, who everyone believes is going to be Rotom.

This was a teaser from the developers of Pokemon GO to build anticipation for the upcoming Pokemon GO Tour: Sinnoh in Los Angeles on the weekend of February 17th and 18th, when the Rotom event goes live.

This event is set to include plenty of in-person experiences, one of which is the A Paranormal Puzzle event. All the players in the LA Rose Bowl stadium will get a chance to decipher a code to unlock an encounter with Rotom and the opportunity to catch it. Once they do, all players worldwide will be able to redeem this code to get Rotom for themselves.

This event will also feature the debut of two new Pokemon to Pokemon GO Origin Forme Dialga and Palkia. Additionally, there are set to be numerous other raids and events during this weekend, so I recommend you get stocked up on Poke Balls.
